He is an executive coach for the BBC and the National School of Government.

Some of his other projects have included designing and running the ‘Big Conversation' workshops at 10 Downing Street with Tony Blair; working with the board of one of the top six architectural practices in the UK on culture change; and coaching the CEO and leaders of a large hotel organisation to develop more innovative and creative leadership behaviours. More recently, and in addition to his ongoing work with clients, he has begun a new project to coach and support the management team at MTV (UK).

Bernie's first Maximillion event was the facilitation of the energywatch March 2007 Consumer Action Network Forum on Complaints Handling in London at Somerset House, which involved facilitating debate and discussion of a group comprising senior figures from across the UK watchdog network.
