Initially qualified in science and now has an MBA and is currently studying for a doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring.
She specialises in organisational change and development across business, public and voluntary sectors. Previously employed as commercial and operations director of a UK-wide charity, she has extensive senior level experience in strategic planning, change management and performance management roles.

Recent work includes the design and implementation of major change programmes, creation of business development strategies, design and facilitation of training and development programmes, and executive / senior level coaching and mentoring.
