Keith Garside
Profile
Keith specialises in designing development processes that produce effective changes for individuals and organisations. His range of clients spans both the private and public sectors and he would normally be involved in the planning, delivery and integration of the work specified. His work has included designing and facilitating development centres, coaching and mentor development programmes, developing effective communications processes and strategy and business development. Previously working as a Project Consultant within the NHS he contributed to the implementation of a large complex IT system and has been a Project Manager and Training Manager in different organisations.
Keith is a leading practitioner in the use of creative, experiential exercises for individual and organisational development.
