Mark brings a breadth and depth of knowledge of human motivation and behaviour to team facilitation and coaching. Taking an integrative approach, Mark uses a combination of tools from Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural & Performance Coaching methodologies. Mark has 5 years experience of project and operations management in the events industry, and has delivered over 200 teambuilding interventions. He is a Practitioner of Classic Code and New Code NLP, and has a first class honours degree in Actuarial Mathematics & Statistics. He also holds a Diploma in Business Analysis, and is accredited to deliver BELBIN Team Role Profiling.
