Profile

Mike is an experienced trainer and coach, qualified in several psychometric and psychological profiling techniques and is an accredited Neuro Linguistic Programming trainer. He designs and delivers developmental programmes to blue chip clients, with recent successes including Maximillion programmes over 2006-2007 for BOC, RBS Group, Pfizer, Airtricity, Novonordisk, Standard Life Investments and British Energy. Formerly Operations Manager at Maximillion, Mike is has now established himself as an expert in his field who works in close partnership with clients to deliver sustained and measurable added value through enhancing the performance of people in their capacity as team members.  There is a range of programmes available, which result in increased income and reduced expenditure for the parent organisation, way in excess of the initial investment.  Mike delivers sustained added value by ensuring that the development programme matches exactly the need of the organisation, the teams and the individuals making the investment.  Where appropriate, initial consultation provides an organisational 'health check' through expert diagnosis.  Tangible and measurable outcomes are then set before the programme is designed.  Working with Maximillion provides the widest range of innovative experiential learning activities at superb locations convenient to the client.
