BSc Hons (First class) Psychology, Masters in Organisational and Occupational Psychology, masters in Human Resource Development. Qualified to run a range of leadership psychometrics including the Goleman/Boyatzis Emotional Competence Inventory, Personal Styles Profiling, Hogan Leadership profiling suite.
