Profile
As a project manager or a consultant with over 20 years' experience, Peter has worked in blue chip companies in IT, financial services, utilities, the NHS, chemicals, and education sectors designing and delivering a wide range of learning and organisational change projects, including leadership development, coaching, tele-education, staff engagement, customer satisfaction, e-learning and many team development interventions. He sees his strengths in particular in 1:1 coaching and team process facilitation.
Qualifications and CPD
Along the way, he has reinforced his background in neurobiology and practical experience with an MSc in Management Development and is accredited in NLP and TMS.
Favourite Maximillion Event
Open space facilitation, as it enables all staff to define what they want from an event and each to get something from it.
Peter 'set sail' on his associate relationship with Maximillion in May 2007 on an Open Space event with the SPSA Fingerprint Service. He has since worked on a variety of Maximillion interventions with Scottish Widows and RBS Group.
