Sandy has been with Maximillion for over 15 years now, initially as the in-house L&D Consultant to our corporate clients, and latterly as Director of Sales. He is now a freelance training consultant and business development specialist, based in central Scotland.
About me:
I am an internationally experienced L&D consultant, project manager, business development manager and team leader. Specialising in the design, development and delivery of people and organisation development projects and staff engagement interventions that focus on ‘bringing to life’ organisational themes and messages for clients in the UK and abroad.
I was responsible for managing and developing the Maximillion portfolio of L&D products and services over a 15 year period with clients, partners and associates in the UK and abroad.
Some of my most memorable projects with Maximillion clients have been with University of Edinburgh Business School – Full-time MBA Programme, Alstom Power EDF Energy, Standard Life Group Marketing, United Biscuits Europe, Identity & Passport Service
