Victoria works as a coach, facilitator, trainer and consultant working with executive teams and leaders. Her diverse portfolio has included developing practical food programmes, facilitating strategy sessions with clients such as NHS and Speyside Whisky Festival, practical team development programmes and organisational development consultancy. Her specialist sector is tourism, culture and leisure industries. She has a BA (Hons), MSc, is an accredited NLP practitioner and coach, and a trained assessor with Thomas International DISC Profiling and BELBIN© Team Roles. She is currently studying for a PhD in arts and aesthetics.
