I have experience working with teams and individuals at all organisational levels across many different industry sectors across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Far East, Africa and North America. My most recent assignments with Maximillion clients have been with: Reckitt Benckiser, Axis Shield, GE Vetco Gray, NFU Mutual, CalMac, West of Scotland Housing Association, Standard Life Group, Glasgow Caledonian University, Novo Nordisk,  University of Edinburgh Business School and Broadridge Financial Services.

I work with teams and individuals to facilitate the process of developing the strategies, attitudes, behaviours and skills required to deliver organisational change. I also provide expertise to organisations looking to identify and develop ‘high potential talent’, and have recently developed a tool to allow organisations to accurately assess their return on any investment in leadership and management development activities.
