Deutsche Bank

Following a couple of years of uncertain prospects within the industry, Deutsche Bank wanted to organise a reward event for some of its highest achieving investment bankers by way of a "pick-up" and thank you for the group.

Objectives

• Thank and reward key staff members
• Provide an unforgettable experience for a very incentive spoiled team
• Team building and team bonding

• Design a varied programme which would include basic and luxurious accommodation, as well as activities which participants would not have experienced previously

Event Detail

• Venue: Jersey, Channel Islands
• Format: Games and BBQ on first evening, Adventure Rally throughout day 2
• Guests: 36 participants

Outline

On the first evening, participants were met at the airport and transferred by coach to a Scout centre where Maximillion provided specially designed team games on the beach, a BBQ and basic dormitory accommodation.

The second day started bright and early with a kayak challenge, before participants jumped into their vehicles to start the Adventure Rally. The three, high adrenaline activities at the Check Points were scuba diving, jet skiing and cliff jumping. Between each Check Point, the teams performed and completed supplementary tasks which included taking humorous photos, scavenging weird and wonderful items, and hunting for information. The day concluded with a cycle challenge, and scores and prizes were presented at a 5* hotel in St Helier where the group spent their second and final night.
