Kwik Fit Employee Awards 2008

Introduction

As a result of customer demand Kwik-Fit Insurance was launched in 1995 and has grown to become one of the UK's leading motor insurance distributors.

This is the fourth year of the Kwik Fit Employee Awards programme, which has been set up to motivate and reward internal staff for their hard work on behalf of the company.  Maximillion has been working with the Awards committee since the very start of the programme, to deliver the quarterly and annual awards ceremonies.

• Format: Awards dinner

Outline

Maximillion was tasked with providing all aspects of this event including venue finding, entertainment, theming and the full show production.   

From a shortlist of high quality venues, The Balmoral Hotel was chosen due to its prestige, location and standards of service. 

On the night the following was elements were included:

• Drinks reception in the Holyrood Suite which had been transformed to fit the Ice theme
• Dinner in the Fire themed Walter Scott Suite
• Post dinner entertainment from Chris Marques and Jaci Spencer, 3 times world salsa champions and coaches & choreographers to the stars and dancers on Strictly Come Dancing. 
• After dinner Awards ceremony presented by Scottish comedian Craig Hill
• Fully supported by high quality, professional AV including filming of the event
• Four piece band and DJ
