Kwik Fit Insurance Services Rock 'n' Roll Rally

Introduction

Kwik Fit holds a managers' away day every year to discuss business planning for the forthcoming year and take part in some fun team building. This year, Kwik Fit wanted an activity with a real "wow" factor and a strong theme.

Maximillion designed "Rock 'n' Roll Rally" especially for this event, based around Kwik Fit's group profile, aims and objectives. 

Objectives

• Fun opportunity for managers to get to know one another better
• Create a "wow" factor
• Engage participants with a themed activity
• Offer an activity participants would have not experienced before

Format:   34 participants split into 4 teams

Outline

The group was in conference during the day, and started "Rock 'n' Roll Rally" in the late afternoon.

The participants were divided into four teams and each had their own limousine, chauffeur and choice of rock music. Teams loved cruising around the city listening to rock classics whilst explore quirky points of interest and historic places as they answered rock themed questions. To add to the hilarity, guests had to use their imagination to recreate their favourite rock legends with the aid of props, costumes, and a splash or two of make-up!

The theme was continued into the evening with dinner at the Hard Rock Café followed by fantastic seats at the musical "We Will Rock You".
