Kwik Fit Financial Services Employee of the Year Awards 2009

Introduction

As a result of customer demand, Kwik Fit Financial Services was launched in 1995 and has grown to become one of the UK's leading motor insurance distributors.

This is the fifth year of the Kwik Fit Financial Services Employee Awards programme, set up to motivate and reward internal staff for their hard work on behalf of the company.  Maximillion has been working with the awards committee since the induction of the programme, to deliver the quarterly and annual awards ceremonies at various venues in Scotland.

Outline

Maximillion was tasked with providing all aspects of this event including venue finding, entertainment, theming and full show production. The event was designed around a flamboyant Bollywood theme.

From a shortlist of high quality venues, Prestonfield was chosen due to its prestige, location, standards of service and previous experience of running the awards.

On the night, the following elements were included:

• Champagne reception in the stunning Prestonfield House
• Dinner in the stables at Prestonfield, dressed to fit the colourful Bollywood theme
• Post dinner entertainment from Signature, the runners up from Britain's Got Talent 2008 
• After-dinner awards ceremony presented by Scottish comedian Kevin Bridges
• Fully supported by high quality, professional AV including filming of the event
• Four piece band, R4
• DJ so guests could dance the night away
