How it works
Under the expert tuition of a professional Chocolatier, guests will learn the process of chocolate making and enjoy the all-important tastings before donning their aprons mto cut, dip and decorate their own chocolates. Our expert first gives a brief history of chocolate and the chocolate-making process – “from Bean to Bar”. This will be followed by tastings to highlight the difference between commercial and fine chocolate, and a demonstration session. Guests are then engaged in a practical workshop – with a competitive challenge element – where they work in pairs to create their own chocolate masterpieces.
