How it works
The Maximillion Film Location Specialist’s have confirmed that this event can be delivered at any location – from cities, rural landscapes, castles and offices. Our ‘creative director’ will get in touch with you prior to the event to ensure that a bespoke brief is created for each team. Perhaps you want to market a new product to a customer demographic or create a hilarious commercial to advertise your new set of company values. Following an energetic and friendly welcome from your event compere, each team will be given their brief and their team pack which includes everything you could possibly need to film a commercial that is sure to feature during next years Super Bowl Half Time show!
Teams will be issued with a suite of technology, art materials, props and costumes to allow them to create their very own film. Using user-friendly iPad’s allows teams to be in complete control of what they shoot, how they shoot it and more importantly, how it’s edited. Don’t worry, we’ll have iPad experts on site to ensure that any technophobes are put at ease. Before the first scene is shot, teams will be encouraged to assign team roles based on their individual strengths and create a detailed storyboard on their canvas.
Following the shooting and editing of your teams’ individual films, they will be played back to a full audience who will vote on which film / commercial is the best. Teams will then be awarded scores with the winning team being crowned the champion movie makers of the day!
This is a brilliant opportunity to pair a teambuilding event with some evening entertainment. Invite your guests to don their best tuxedo and cocktail dress as we bring you your very own Oscar’s ceremony where the commercials will be played before, during and after dinner. You could even get a well-known actor or comedian to compere your evening and hand out the Oscars.
