It is ideal for creatively emphasizing the need to collaborate, communicate and work together for the “bigger picture”.

How it works
Issued with art-themed challenges, teams must first prove their knowledge to the ‘Arts Council’ before being issued with funding to buy arts and craft materials from the Art Shop. The whole group, working in sub-teams with specific roles allocated to each team member, is responsible for expressing a business message or theme on their canvases, collaborating with all the other teams to create one or more giant composite canvas masterpieces. Teams must communicate with each other to ensure their canvas art connects with and flows into all the surrounding canvases, with everyone coming together at the end for the ‘Grand Reveal’. At the unveiling, the quality and success of the team’s artistic collaborations becomes undeniably evident, and on plain view to all.
