Kinetic Connections

Create order from chaos!

Kinetic Connections allows teams to explore issues in problem solving such as cross-team communication and collaboration as they strive for success in the sometimes chaotic, unstable and ever-changing business environment. With little information and no initial direction, only the combined efforts of every individual member of the group will achieve success on schedule. This is a non-competitive exercise which requires co-operation and collaboration.

How it works

Kinetic Connections is an abstract scenario team building event which mirrors real life business challenges. Assemble giant, colourful, eye-catching kinetic models by interpreting clues, completing problem solving exercises and working to complex diagrams. Collaborate and negotiate with other teams for components, resources and expertise. The hard work results in a fantastic finale where the models come to life, finishing your event on a high!

Who it’s for

Kinetic Connections is for you if you’re looking for cerebral indoor team building that demonstrates the effectiveness of group thinking for problem solving in a fun and fast-paced environment. The activity also encourages disparate teams or departments to come together for greater collaboration, and for all participants to see “the bigger picture”. Incorporate a facilitated session to increase scope for sharing relevant and transferable experiences.
