How It Works
Using pre-fabricated rigid paper rods, the team builds a giant hand held “railway” track circuit or figure of eight which can transport a series of footballs around the room. Your whole group must co-ordinate the track movements Mexican Wave-style to propel the balls around the circuit. To start, teams must design and build. Then test and compete with each other. And to conclude, all teams come together to form a giant group track!
Who It’s For
On Track is a team development activity specifically designed for large teams and groups from across all organisational and functional levels, e.g. leadership teams, operational teams, project teams, sales teams, as well as multi-disciplinary, cross functional teams and groups. It’s also very effective for larger conference audiences.
