The Guest Management Journey
A typical communications campaign for your event could include:
Invitation
Guests can be invited to the event or conference with a hard copy invite or by email with a link to a personalised on-line page with all details of the event.
Registration
Guests can register on-line and advise us of any special requirements. This registration process provides a seamless approach to registering delegates and allows us to capture valuable information such as:
- Contact details
- Dietary requirements
- Travel options
- Workshop options
- Payment options (If required)

Carbon footprint
Reporting
We can send you a weekly report detailing who has registered for the conference, workshop or seminar popularity, special requirements etc.
Help desk
You will be assigned a personalised help desk with a direct contact number and email address directed to a Maximillion member of staff who will be able to support throughout the duration of your event.
Joining Instructions
Once registered, each participant will receive personalised joining instructions confirming their requests and telling them where to be and when, FAQs etc.
Post-Event Feedback
We would recommend requesting full feedback from the guests immediately following the event. This allows you to build on the success of the event and incorporate specific requests from employees and suppliers for future events
To enhance the seemless experience, Maximillion Event Managers can communicate with delegates using your corporate identity, e.g. with a company email address and dedicated 'phone number, which means that delegates are unaware that they are being looked after by an outside agency.
