Learning Lab Series in Newcastle upon Tyne

Newcastle upon Tyne is metropolitan city located along Northumbria's coastline in the north of England. Newcastle is a city which is full of energy, any corporate event or teambuilding is sure to come to life.


We have taken current "hot topics" and developed a series of "Learning Laboratories" around these.


Our Learning Labs is a series of team development programmes that provide both practical and applied learning in areas currently rated as "High Priority" for organisations, no matter what sector they are in.  Each Learning Lab is a participative and involving half day (4 hours) to full day development workshop that combines the latest thinking with opportunities for your people to experiment with new skills and behaviours. 

What sets these dynamic interventions apart from traditional classroom-based events is the incorporation of specially designed participative activities and simulations that harness the power of experiential learning techniques to support management development and improve organisational performance.

How we do it

Learning Labs are designed to be delivered as standalone interventions or as a series of two or more over a number of weeks.  Deploying a series of Learning Labs allows for interim course work and a higher degree of control over outcomes and results. Labs include:
