Team Jigsaw

“We all contribute different pieces of the jigsaw – working out how all the pieces fit together is the big challenge!”

Understanding how senior teams form and develop is one thing… but how do you learn and use the tools to become an effective team?

How it works

Team Jigsaw, led by Maximillion Lead Facilitator Vicky Russell, provides a creatively different context for teams to benefit from the combination of "theory with experience". Over two days, teams will gain an insight into team role preferences and will apply the learning in the fast-paced, pressurised setting of a professional restaurant kitchen. The event format provides opportunities to apply real theory with practical hands on exercises that demonstrate how teams can work together on projects and tasks effectively and efficiently.

Executive stretchWorking in two teams, each has to use the knowledge and learning gained through BELBIN© team building theory to lead, plan and implement real puzzles in the kitchen. Working against each other - and the clock - the teams need to assemble all the elements to create a successful meal for themselves, all under the watchful eye of the Judges!
