What British Energy plc wanted

Maximillion were commisioned to design & deliver a three day team-based personal development programme as part of a wider five day induction programme, all of which was event managed by Maximillion. The target audience was the 2006 graduate intake across a number of disciplines. The first two days provided participants with an introduction to their new roles and further insights into the organisation.

The key outcome for all was the need for increased self awareness and a gauge for measuring individual performance and contribution in team-based situations. The programme provided an ideal opportunity for the newly appointed graduates to create an individual template in their real world against which their own contribution could be valued - building the bridge back to their new workplaces. Due to the success of the 2006 event, Maximillion was commissioned to deliver an extended 5-day programme in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
