Infiniteams
A new way of team learning... game play!
Our new programme, Infiniteams, is a team-building experience that focuses attention on your most valuable asset: the team, as more than the sum of the individuals. By examining the power of coordination, communication, and coaching, the Infiniteams experience lays a solid foundation that will make your team infinitely stronger and more productive. This programme delivers on these outcomes through the use of clear, directed discussion and review activities carefully integrated with new innovative Games Based Learning techniques, all with a skilled facilitator to provide team specific input and feedback.
How it works
The workshop consists of 7 training modules which develop specific activities with very clear constraints, challenges, and objectives. Each lasting an hour, these modules can be configured in a range of profiles to suit the team's schedule and development priorities, from intensive 1 day sessions to seven 1 hour sessions spaced out over 1-3 months. The workshops can be delivered online by Maximillion facilitators or we can train your own learning and development facilitators on how to deliver the courses themselves.
All the course modules are delivered in a 1 hour block generally comprising:
- Briefing (to set the scene, understand/set expectations and explain how the scenario translates to the workplace)
- Play (get started and see how the team performs under a carefully chosen scenario)
- Discussion and analysis (to look at how and why the team performed the way it did in the scenario they just worked through)
- Replay (now the team have reflected on their initial performance they get a chance to go back and apply their conclusions, allowing them to be further reinforced)
- Review/Q&A/Conclusion (a further chance for the team to look back at the last hour and reflect, for the facilitator to draw out some final learning points and examples to strengthen the messages)
