Values in action

Creating a common language across your team

With our Values in Action ‘frame game' we aim to provide a forum for discussion and a tool with which to extract ideas and opinions from your people and provide them with practical opportunities to explore how the values can be ‘lived out' in the workplace through appropriate individual and team behaviours.

Benefits for your team

  • Gathers free and frank views on how the values are incorporated into everyday behaviours and decisions in the workplace
  • Brings the values to life in an engaging and stimulating way through experiential activities that promote communication, collaboration, team working and performance improvement
  • Recognises and rewards those who have demonstrated their understanding of the practical application of the values in the workplace

What RBS GTMS wanted

On the morning of day two of their annual departmental offsite at Gogarburn Global HQ, GTMS required a positioned approach and suite of allied facilitated activities to engage their Glasgow and London staff in the core values of Achieving Excellence, Customer Service, Innovation, Openness & Honesty, Respect & TeamWorks. Maximillion was commissioned to design the intervention and incorporated Values in Action and a series of activities from our TeamWorks programme in order to raise awareness and appreciation of how the values can be lived out in the workplace in practical and commonsense ways.
