Team Building is a well researched and documented people intervention proven to improve team performance if managed correctly.  One must start any team building programme with the end in mind and be clear what the objective is and how the programme sponsor will know when that objective has been measured.  Will the measurement of success for a team building event be against quantitive data (absenteeism, sales results, retention) or qualitative measures (happiness, moral,  culture). There are specific components of effective high performing teams which should routinely be addressed and these include clear understanding of the team's mission, knowledge of individual and team goals, open and honest communication, understanding own and colleagues roles and a high degree of empowerment.  A team building programme could address one or more of these facets of high performing teams or a programme of sequential days with each dealing with one team building characteristic could be organised. 

Our team building programmes are delivered throughout the UK and overseas.  Team building in Scotland is delivered from our Edinburgh office using a wide range of venues city centre or country side throughout Scotland. Team building Scotland is particularly popular using some of the wonderful outdoor landscapes which have proximity to the major city centres such as Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling, Perth, Inverness and Aberdeen.  South of the boarder, team building London is delivered from our London Office and makes use of a range of London venues popular to London Team building.
