Banff, located in Aberdeenshire in N Scotland, boasts a charming harbour and historic town centre with many buildings of note. Duff House, a 5 star visitor attraction, and the surrounding parkland is a wonderful venue for small meetings and team building activities.

Compete with colleagues to prove your worth to The Boss by demonstrating your business acumen, leadership skills, diplomacy and creative edge. From creation to completion of the task, individuals must be able to shine while contributing to the success of their team.

The task can be purely for fun, or designed to suit your particular business objectives. 

How it works

The Boss sets the tone as he marches in to deliver the brief in his abrupt yet humorous style. Candidates are sorted into teams to fulfil the task, shadowed by two eagle-eyed aides who will note their every move. Teams must take advantage of individuals' strengths as well as work cohesively to ensure success over their rivals. Nerves will be tested in the inevitable, nail biting boardroom show down where The Boss grills the team on their performance, fires those who have failed to impress, and tells the winning team "you're hired".
