Audio Visual

To create a consistent look for conferences, we could use the same stage and backdrop for all events which ties into the overall look and feel of the conference branding. Alternatively, a unique look could be created for each conference.

To create an impact with your stage set, we would create a surround from which your screen is cut into the image (e.g. using a world map).

Your AV package would include:

• Stage and backdrop with speaker stools and lectern
• Rear projector and all equipment required for PowerPoint, DVD and CD material with seamless switching
• PA system with mix of tie, hand held and lectern microphones

• Basic lighting of stage with up lighters of backdrop and speaker spotlight
