Master the ancient art of calligraphy

Calligraphy Workshop is a great way to treat your team to a new skill. This workshop allows a relaxed and friendly environment giving your guests the chance to get to know each other better so whether it's a stand alone activity or part of a spouse programme this event will provide a welcome break from the fast pace of modern life. Your guests will be welcomed by our expert calligrapher who will give a demonstration of the basic techniques. Each participant has their own workstation where they will then design and create their own pieces. Choosing the format and design they like participants will soon create a menu card, place name, or card of their choice. With a new piece of artwork to take home, guests will be ready to unleash their new skill at their next dinner party.

This activity will prove to participants that even the most bizarre and daunting challenges are possible given good instruction, supportive team mates and a positive attitude. Our circus experts will teach your team anything from juggling to fire breathing, plate spinning to human pyramids; skills that will outdo any party trick! Supplemented with facilitation, this activity can also be a great metaphor for organisational working. Teams are taught and tutored by our circus experts at each skills stand. Upon successful completion and graduation from the skill school, teams begin working on their grand performance. Individuals can choose the skill of their choice to insure maximum impact as they put the team act together. Performing at the finale, even the most introvert character will enjoy the limelight!

Capture that perfect shot!

Photography Workshop is a great way to treat your team to a new skill. This workshop allows guests to get to grips with their camera so that both novice and expert will learn something new. Whether it's a stand alone activity or part of a spouse programme this event will provide a welcome break from the fast pace of modern life. Your guests will be welcomed by our expert photographer who will give a demonstration of basic camera techniques. He will take participants through the functions on their personal cameras answering any questions along the way. Concentrating on a specific style from landscape to portrait, guests can then go on the hunt for the shot they want, experimenting safe in the knowledge that an expert is on hand to help at every stage.
