What's Cooking? in Carlisle
Carlisle is the most northern city in England and capital of Cumbria. With its close proximity to the Scottish border, Carlisle's massive castle, natural scenery and range of facilities are perfect for team building, meetings and learning and development programmes.
Let the cooking commence!!
Teams work under the tutelage of our Head Chef from a local cookery school. The Chef will provide hands-on guidance to ensure teams learn useful culinary techniques, have lots of fun, and work as a team to complete their tasks in the time given. Creations will be judged on your menu and method, service and savvy, creative flair and of course taste!
How it works
Each team is issued with a workbook of mini challenges and puzzles. Teams race to complete culinary challenges to start cooking and can also compete to win access to the pantry where they will collect all the ingredients they need to make their dishes. After cooking up a storm, teams are assessed on dish inventiveness, the techniques used, service experience and food knowledge, presentation of the food on the plate, and of course the tastes and textures of each team's dish.
Who it's for
What's Cooking? is for you if you want a high energy culinary delight that will leave a fantastic after-taste to your corporate event.
