The First Floor

The First Floor is a refreshingly different space for bringing your people together.

It forms part of Maximillion's refurbished offices and provides your group with exclusive use of the entire first floor, providing a diverse mix of space configured to your needs.

Space

The First Floor provides space to apply creativity and movement to your content:

  • Chill: Bright open plan, oak floor room. Up to 30 guests at rounds tables or 40 guest theatre style
  • Think Tank: Floor to ceiling magnetic white wipe walls for brainstorming breakouts. Up to 8 guests
  • Board Room: With 46 inch plasma screen (& TV). Up to 16 guests
  • Break Outs: Two mini breaks out rooms with glass walls. Up to 4 & 8 guests
