How it Works

Your Virtual Conference starts with all guests being sent an invitation to attend via our online Delegate Management System. This will include all the information they need to be able to log in and an “update my calendar” link to ensure no-one forgets or lets hanging the washing out get in the way!

You can choose to share the agenda in advance or on the day however we would suggest if you are looking for audience contribution to any topics that you share these in advance to ensure you make the most of your time. At the appropriate time all guests will log in and your host can begin.
