How it Works

Based on your objectives we would advise you on the most suitable platform to use and provide you with the necessary project management support during the lead time and on the day of the event, to ensure your Virtual Conference is a great success. Project Management could include content creation, agenda planning, engagement tools to name a few.

Once you are ready to launch the event all attendees would be sent an invitation to register via our online registration system. This will include all the information they need to at this stage and an “update my calendar” link to ensure no-one forgets or lets hanging the washing out get in the way! The day before the event joining instructions would be sent.
