Thank you to Mike, Ross and Sandy from Maximillion for the team building in the afternoon, murder mystery that evening, Belbin Team Roles next morning, a fantastic team building session in the afternoon and, finally, a great barbecue that evening provided by Norton House. Although some of us were a bit slow of the mark the second day, the same positive attitude and enthusiasm from day one prevailed and I think we all got something out of it. It was clear to me that everyone was communicating and working together better by the end of the afternoon.

We held events running over two days. The Maximillion Gameshow which was fun and engaged all who attended the first evening event. During our away day we had Team Tops Trumps in the morning, again this was inclusive for all who were in attendance. Lastly during the afternoon of our away day we took part in Level-up which I have to say was great fun for all involved.

Jenny and her team led a truly fantastic event. Despite our very limited preparation time relative to the scale of the project, Jenny remained completely unphased. She provided exceptional support throughout the process, and I truly believe she was instrumental in helping us achieve such a successful event at The Belfry!

As always, seamless operations of the event. Very flexible working with you guys. Guests were delighted. Everything went super well. Well done Mike and Rhys!

Jenny takes the time to understand our vision and goals for each event and consistently exceeded our expectations through close partnership and honest, transparent communications. Building a partnership that has become an extension of our core in-house team has resulted in innovative ideas, handling challenges with ease, and seamless event delivery from the whole team.

The event was brilliant. Thank you so much to you guys and also Scott and his team on the day. You couldn’t have done more to help and we have had some lovely feedback. We even had people coming to look at the set up so they could copy it for their events, so we did a good job!

Maximillion provided our group with an incredible Scotland experience. We were in town from America for a small wedding at Dundas Castle. Our group RAVED about the events hosted by Maximillion. They said it made them feel (in a short visit) like they had the opportunity to get a real taste of Scottish culture. The planning, implementation and follow-up with the entire staff was seamless and easy. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I can’t think of one thing you could have done better for our group. Thank you so much for everything!

Sarah and her team have proved invaluable to the organisation of our flagship event held in London. We partner with leading physicians from across the world to bring the latest thinking in cardiology to the participants, who come from many countries. This requires a team that operates to a high standard and can offer an experience that all involved remember. A foundation of this is the attention to detail, and a drive to get it right – mostly hidden from all when working well, but very obvious if not done. I have no hesitation to recommend Sarah and her team if you have an event you wish to deliver a the highest standards. The Optima team sends all our thanks to them.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you and your team for organizing such a wonderful event. Everything was handled so thoughtfully and professionally. Like many other professional service providers, we are often metaphorically ‘spinning plates’ and ‘juggling’ competing priorities, so it was great for our team to try these challenges in real life. We discovered hidden talents and it reinforced that working as a team and providing a supportive learning environment are key to delivering an excellent result. Thank you to Maximillion for your support and encouragement during this fun event, as well as for your professionalism in pulling together a slick activity for 220 people.
