The InterGen Summer Event 2024 was an unforgettable day! This could not have happened if it was not for the brilliant team at Maximillion. Their attention to detail, organisation skills and fantastic hosting/MC’ing on the day of the event was brilliant. Massive thank you for making our team building event the highlight of 2024.

Working with Maximillion has been an absolute pleasure and a transformative experience for our organisation. Over the course of our 5-year collaboration they have expertly delivered a range of online and in-person events for us, including large-scale conferences and stand builds, internal staff gatherings, and engaging team away days. Their attention to detail, creativity, and seamless execution were evident in every event they organised for us. Whether managing the logistics of a high-profile conference or crafting memorable team-building experiences during away days, their professionalism and dedication shone through.

Jenny and her team led a truly fantastic event. Despite our very limited preparation time relative to the scale of the project, Jenny remained completely unphased. She provided exceptional support throughout the process, and I truly believe she was instrumental in helping us achieve such a successful event at The Belfry!

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the fantastic murder mystery and DJ services the Maximillion team provided at our recent Renewables UK Seminar at Cameron House Hotel. It was an evening filled with excitement and entertainment, and Maximillion played a pivotal role in making it a memorable experience for all of us.

Maximillion ran the Urban Adventure for our teams with the activity run in Edinburgh city centre and the feedback has been nothing but positive. The activity brought teams together from different offices and different business areas and was a great way for everyone to get to know each other in a fun and informal activity.

Working with Maxmillion events for the Traitor’s themed evening at Prestonfield House was a great experience. Jenny and her team were a delight to work with, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to plan immersive events.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at our Teambuilding afternoon hosted by Maximillion Events at our Ayrshire premises. This is now the 3rd time we have used their services and will definitely be looking to use them again next year. Such a lovely and professional group of people to deal with!! We had various games with a bespoke package set up for a group of staff members with varying degree of mobility. We did carpet curling (indoors), giant jenga, connect 4, darts, air hockey to name but a few all being done outside near to our foodhall and “refreshments” area. It was perfect, everyone had a blast and the Maximillion team were a joy to work with. Thorough, professional, safety conscious and lots of fun. They looked to enjoy themselves watching us and our very competitive natures shine through. Thank you again to all at Maximillion – you made our day that extra special.

We held events running over two days. The Maximillion Gameshow which was fun and engaged all who attended the first evening event. During our away day we had Team Tops Trumps in the morning, again this was inclusive for all who were in attendance. Lastly during the afternoon of our away day we took part in Level-up which I have to say was great fun for all involved.

Thank you to Mike, Ross and Sandy from Maximillion for the team building in the afternoon, murder mystery that evening, Belbin Team Roles next morning, a fantastic team building session in the afternoon and, finally, a great barbecue that evening provided by Norton House. Although some of us were a bit slow of the mark the second day, the same positive attitude and enthusiasm from day one prevailed and I think we all got something out of it. It was clear to me that everyone was communicating and working together better by the end of the afternoon.

Our guests were delighted with the day of Highland Games, the team of maximilion was fantastic. I will recommend them 100%.
