Working with Maximillion has been an absolute pleasure and a transformative experience for our organisation. Over the course of our 5-year collaboration they have expertly delivered a range of online and in-person events for us, including large-scale conferences and stand builds, internal staff gatherings, and engaging team away days. Their attention to detail, creativity, and seamless execution were evident in every event they organised for us. Whether managing the logistics of a high-profile conference or crafting memorable team-building experiences during away days, their professionalism and dedication shone through.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at our Teambuilding afternoon hosted by Maximillion Events at our Ayrshire premises. This is now the 3rd time we have used their services and will definitely be looking to use them again next year. Such a lovely and professional group of people to deal with!! We had various games with a bespoke package set up for a group of staff members with varying degree of mobility. We did carpet curling (indoors), giant jenga, connect 4, darts, air hockey to name but a few all being done outside near to our foodhall and “refreshments” area. It was perfect, everyone had a blast and the Maximillion team were a joy to work with. Thorough, professional, safety conscious and lots of fun. They looked to enjoy themselves watching us and our very competitive natures shine through. Thank you again to all at Maximillion – you made our day that extra special.

I could not be happier with how the event was organised in the months preceding the event and how it was managed on the days. Sarah and her team were both efficient and delightful to work with. I also had positive feedback from my co-host colleagues and a large number of delegates. I am in fact already in dealings with Maximillion again, in preparation of a new international meeting. Maximillion provided our group with an incredible Scotland experience. We were in town from America for a small wedding at Dundas Castle. Our group RAVED about the events hosted by Maximillion. They said it made them feel (in a short visit) like they had the opportunity to get a real taste of Scottish culture. The planning, implementation and follow-up with the entire staff was seamless and easy. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I can’t think of one thing you could have done better for our group. Thank you so much for everything!

With restrictions in place that curtailed our previous plans for the company’s 50th anniversary we were delighted to find a great alternative and a team well-equipped to deliver an event for such a significant milestone. The Maximillion team worked closely with us, making suggestions and sharing ideas to help make our virtual away day celebrations a real occasion. The feedback from the events was really positive and it was great to have a chance to get together in such a fun environment when all the teams have been working so hard over the past months.

We held events running over two days. The Maximillion Gameshow which was fun and engaged all who attended the first evening event. During our away day we had Team Tops Trumps in the morning, again this was inclusive for all who were in attendance. Lastly during the afternoon of our away day we took part in Level-up which I have to say was great fun for all involved.
