Maximillion ran the Urban Adventure for our teams with the activity run in Edinburgh city centre and the feedback has been nothing but positive. The activity brought teams together from different offices and different business areas and was a great way for everyone to get to know each other in a fun and informal activity.

Ross and the team at Maximillion were an absolute pleasure to work with and played a HUGE part in the success of the Phoenix Leadership UnConference 2023! From the very beginning Maximillion embraced the relaxed feel of this year’s conference and helped bring our vision to life! From a bespoke centre stage to Lego figurines, beanbag seating to branded sticky notes – everything was planned and executed to the highest of standards and myself and the wider team could not be happier! Maximillion have delivered many events for Phoenix Group, they are an extended part of the team and we honestly couldn’t deliver the events like we do without them!

We thought the event was organised and ran extremely well. All of our staff had a fantastic time, great fun! Would recommend Maximillion.

The InterGen Summer Event 2024 was an unforgettable day! This could not have happened if it was not for the brilliant team at Maximillion. Their attention to detail, organisation skills and fantastic hosting/MC’ing on the day of the event was brilliant. Massive thank you for making our team building event the highlight of 2024.

Like many other professional service providers, we are often metaphorically ‘spinning plates’ and ‘juggling’ competing priorities, so it was great for our team to try these challenges in real life. Sarah and her team at Maximillion are professional in every way. The quality of events we have run over the last 3 years has been of the highest quality across a mixture of online and larger face-to-face events. You not only get a ‘can do’ attitude but also adaptability as circumstances change and ideas that improve what you are offering your delegates.

We held events running over two days. The Maximillion Gameshow which was fun and engaged all who attended the first evening event. During our away day we had Team Tops Trumps in the morning, again this was inclusive for all who were in attendance. Lastly during the afternoon of our away day we took part in Level-up which I have to say was great fun for all involved.

Overall Maximillion were fantastic to work with, they were really flexible and happy to work within our event timings and budget. I had several planning calls with them in advance so felt safe in their hands.
