The Lego Serious play event was a great hit with all of our Scotframe participants. Such a great way to get everyone involved and really work as a team.

Very well organised in the lead up and on the day of the event. Clear communication throughout! The team delivered a fantastic Highland Games event on the day that everyone enjoyed. Thanks to Mike, Rhys and the team!

After multiple attempts to run this course we got there in the end. Huge thanks to Mike for his flexibility in enabling the course to be rescheduled it was very much appreciated. I believe that the course was exactly what we needed and very timely, I am already aware of conversations and commitment to changing behaviours across the team already, so it definitely struck a chord. I really like Mike’s delivery style, he brings a wealth of experience and brings the training to life, keeping delegates engaged throughout, which can often be challenging. I left the course with lots to reflect on, both from a personal and team perspective and feel motivated to build on what we learned.

I received emails from the participants saying how much they enjoyed the event. Our HR manager stated he would use Maximillion again. Many thanks for all your effort.

Maximillion provided our group with an incredible Scotland experience. We were in town from America for a small wedding at Dundas Castle. Our group RAVED about the events hosted by Maximillion. They said it made them feel (in a short visit) like they had the opportunity to get a real taste of Scottish culture. The planning, implementation and follow-up with the entire staff was seamless and easy. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We had a fabulous time and the activities and events you suggested really hit the spot in terms of being accessible, entertaining and fun. Ross and the team at Maximillion were an absolute pleasure to work with and played a HUGE part in the success of the Phoenix Leadership UnConference 2023! From the very beginning Maximillion embraced the relaxed feel of this year’s conference and helped bring our vision to life! From a bespoke centre stage to Lego figurines, beanbag seating to branded sticky notes – everything was planned and executed to the highest of standards and myself and the wider team could not be happier! Maximillion have delivered many events for Phoenix Group, they are an extended part of the team and we honestly couldn’t deliver the events like we do without them!

The general comment today in the office is how amazing the event was and how much fun people had.

Like many other professional service providers, we are often metaphorically ‘spinning plates’ and ‘juggling’ competing priorities, so it was great for our team to try these challenges in real life. We discovered hidden talents and it reinforced that working as a team and providing a supportive learning environment are key to delivering an excellent result. Thank you to Maximillion for your support and encouragement during this fun event, as well as for your professionalism in pulling together a slick activity for 220 people.

Thank you to Mike, Ross and Sandy from Maximillion for the team building in the afternoon, murder mystery that evening, Belbin Team Roles next morning, a fantastic team building session in the afternoon and, finally, a great barbecue that evening provided by Norton House. Although some of us were a bit slow of the mark the second day, the same positive attitude and enthusiasm from day one prevailed and I think we all got something out of it. It was clear to me that everyone was communicating and working together better by the end of the afternoon.
