Themed Events

We had an absolutely fantastic time at our Teambuilding afternoon hosted by Maximillion Events at our Ayrshire premises. This is now the 3rd time we have used their services and will definitely be looking to use them again next year. Such a lovely and professional group of people to deal with!! We had various games with a bespoke package set up for a group of staff members with varying degree of mobility. We did carpet curling (indoors), giant jenga, connect 4, darts, air hockey to name but a few all being done outside near to our foodhall and “refreshments” area. It was perfect, everyone had a blast and the Maximillion team were a joy to work with. Thorough, professional, safety conscious and lots of fun. They looked to enjoy themselves watching us and our very competitive natures shine through. Thank you again to all at Maximillion – you made our day that extra special.

Like many other professional service providers, we are often metaphorically ‘spinning plates’ and ‘juggling’ competing priorities, so it was great for our team to try these challenges in real life. We discovered hidden talents and it reinforced that working as a team and providing a supportive learning environment are key to delivering an excellent result. Working with Maxmillion events for the Traitor’s themed evening at Prestonfield House was a great experience. Jenny and her team were a delight to work with, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to plan immersive events.

Just a note to say thanks for all your help with the Yamaha event last week. It went very well, and the client was very happy. I know she was a bit worried just because of experiences at other venues around the world where things have not gone according to plan. So for us to arrive and see it all set and ready to roll, put her mind at rest.
