We had an absolutely fantastic time at our Teambuilding afternoon hosted by Maximillion Events at our Ayrshire premises. This is now the 3rd time we have used their services and will definitely be looking to use them again next year. Such a lovely and professional group of people to deal with!! We had various games with a bespoke package set up for a group of staff members with varying degree of mobility. We did carpet curling (indoors), giant jenga, connect 4, darts, air hockey to name but a few all being done outside near to our foodhall and “refreshments” area. How to find a venue for my private event?
There are a few considerations when it comes to the private space for your corporate event.
It’s got to be big enough for your whole guest list and any entertainment you’re putting on. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a big old shindig, size matters!
It’s also got to be close enough to ensure as many of your team don’t have to travel far to get there. Also, don’t forget to make sure the venue has all the amenities you need. You’ll need to consider any private hire items you need (tableware, furniture, etc.). If you’re arranging private dining, consider whether the venue can offer this or if you need to bring in a 3rd party caterer.
