Kwik Fit Financial Services

Maximillion had the pleasure of organising the sixth annual Kwik Fit Financial Services Employee of the Year Awards on Saturday night at the glamourous Prestonfield House Hotel in Edinburgh. This year, guests were treated to a spectacular “Vintage Circus” theme.

As a result of customer demand, Kwik Fit Financial Services was launched in 1995 and has grown to become one of the UK’s leading car insurance providers.

This was the sixth year of the Kwik Fit Financial Services Employee Awards programme, set up to motivate and reward internal staff for their hard work on behalf of the company.  Maximillion has been working with the awards committee since the induction of the programme to deliver the qualifier and annual awards ceremonies at various venues in Scotland.

Outline

The evening started at the main house where champagne and canapes were served.  Guests were called for dinner and made their way to the Stables. Here they were greeted by our wondering entertainers, a fire juggler and unicyclist, before entering the Stables which provided the perfect big top for the Vintage Circus theme.

Tables were dressed in bright orange and red linens, guilt framed vintage circus posters were used as table centres and the stage set was an amazing array of colours and lights providing the perfect focal point.

Shortly after all the guests were seated, the lights were dimmed and guests enjoyed a highly charged acrobatic performance before Master of Ceremonies, Craig Hill, and Managing Director, June Lynch, officially opened the evening.

Following a scrumptious dinner, entertainment from illusionist David Penn captured the audience’s attention before the Awards Ceremony began.

41 Awards were presented to staff who had qualified for the event throughout the year including the Employee of the Year where the winner collected a cheque for £10,000.

Post-awards entertainment and celebrations carried on into the small hours thanks to the band and DJ.

Who was it for

The award ceremony was attended by 230 staff members from Kwik Fits Finacial Services.
