Testing and assessment software services specialist Questionmark commissioned Maximillion to design a senior team programme to coincide with its annual European User’s Conference. This ‘double header’ event comprised a facilitated TeamWorks for Business to develop the senior team and a Commercial Break team event designed for the team to produce an advert celebrating Questionmark‘s 20th birthday
Through direct consultation with Questionmark‘s Miami-based CEO, Maximillion designed a fast-paced programme that ran across two days of the meeting. Day one comprised an extended afternoon of TeamWorks on the first day led by Lead Facilitator Keith Garside. On the next day, videography specialist Simon Laidlaw managed a bespoke Commercial Break event, the output of which was the production of an advert to celebrate Questionmark‘s 20th Birthday. The advert was created, developed, shot and edited on the same day to broadcast-quality standards. It was then screened during the course of a formal evening event for staff and key customers and stakeholders.

Who was it for
The occasion was a 3 day meeting in London for the global senior team. The multidisciplinary team comprised of 12 managers who were responsible for leading global teams for software development, software quality assurance, sales, technical support, accounting and IT.
