How it works
Comprising a range of inter-related, activity-based ‘desktop’ challenges, TeamWorks In can address a variety of team building and team development objectives. Selected tasks will bring teams together under a common goal to have an engaging, shared, fun experience; discussing, agreeing and implementing their plan using only the resources available. Working through the different activities in turn, teams can review their strengths, development areas and strategy before moving on to the next challenge. Through the optional Facilitator-led format, there will be opportunities to encourage and develop personal effectiveness, leadership, cross-team communication, collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and personal influencing skills.
Who it’s for
TeamWorks In works for smaller discrete functional teams and can also be scaled up for larger groups. It comes into its own if you’re looking to organise an indoor problem solving activity that encourages participants to work more effectively and efficiently as a team. This event can also benefit from being led by a member of our Lead Facilitator team to support the grounding of key learning outcomes, or could be provided to tie in with an internally facilitated team development session.
