After multiple attempts to run this course we got there in the end. Huge thanks to Mike for his flexibility in enabling the course to be rescheduled it was very much appreciated. I believe that the course was exactly what we needed and very timely, I am already aware of conversations and commitment to changing behaviours across the team already, so it definitely struck a chord. I really like Mike’s delivery style, he brings a wealth of experience and brings the training to life, keeping delegates engaged throughout, which can often be challenging. I left the course with lots to reflect on, both from a personal and team perspective and feel motivated to build on what we learned.

Like many other professional service providers, we are often metaphorically ‘spinning plates’ and ‘juggling’ competing priorities, so it was great for our team to try these challenges in real life. We discovered hidden talents and it reinforced that working as a team and providing a supportive learning environment are key to delivering an excellent result. Maximillion ran the Urban Adventure for our teams with the activity run in Edinburgh city centre and the feedback has been nothing but positive. The activity brought teams together from different offices and different business areas and was a great way for everyone to get to know each other in a fun and informal activity.
