About the Venue

Kirknewton House Stables are situated in the grounds of Kirknewton Estate and, only 30 minutes by car, are within easy reach of Edinburgh city centre.

The buildings of the old Stables of have recently been renovated and are ideally suited for conferences or award ceremonies and receptions. The renovated stables boast a beautifully textured and atmospheric interior and can hold up to 150 guests. Larger numbers can be accommodated by erecting a marquee in the walled garden.

The hire of the stables ensures complete privacy for the stables, kitchen area and the beautiful walled garden, which is ideal for photographs.

The stables are connected to a kitchen area, which allows you to provide your own catering. If you haven’t yet found a caterer, we would be delighted to provide you with a list to choose from. As well as caterers we can provide you with contact details for additional suppliers, including florists and transport.
