What is a conference energiser?
A conference energiser is an activity or game designed to boost energy, engagement, and participation among attendees. They can range from short icebreakers to interactive group exercises. At Maximillion we have a whole host of great energisers for your to kick of your live conference.

How do I make a conference engaging?
To make a conference engaging, focus a few things.
Firstly, make sure what you’re talking about is relevant to your audience.
Secondly, choose knowledgeable speakers. But nothing kills attention like a dull speaker, so find someone engaging!
On top of that, you should facilitate networking for your attendees – these event are often more about who you meet rather than what you learn!
Finally, include interactive sessions by incorporating fun activities, discussions, and Q&As.
The setting can also play a huge part in engagement so find a venue that complements your conference theme and gives attendees something to talk about.
