About me:
An experienced Organisational Development and Learning professional with top team experience in the public sector.  A previous national graduate management trainee with the NHS, educated to Masters level, I have a PG Certificate in Coaching, am an accredited facilitator for Franklin Covey (7 Habits) and qualified in MBTI Steps I & II. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a flexible, intelligent and thoughtful approach to consultancy has enabled me to work successfully with a range of clients in public, private and voluntary sectors.
