About Me

Over a period of 33 years I have been developing and leading High-Performance Teams. Uniquely, I worked in one of the elite armies of the world as well as one of the world’s most celebrated international sports teams. After 20 years in the British Army I was involved in international rugby for 10 years becoming the first professional Scotland National Rugby Team Manager and then Director of Operations for The British and Irish Lions Rugby Team. To view Guy’s linkedin profile, please go here.

My experience lies with people and teams. With people my work concentrates on how best the individual can develop their leadership style by reflecting on the way they currently lead to add different skills and strategies to their toolbox to maximise impact in their role. With teams I have considerable experience in developing an impactful team culture that has the power to deliver success consistently despite the inevitable constraints imposed.
