What do you love most about your job?

“Being able to work with a vast amount of different clients and venues is my favourite part and also meeting lots of new people with every event we do.  Each event we deliver is never quite the same so tackling new project with the various challenges and factors it provides is always exciting.”

What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?

“Keen rugby player and all round sport enthusiast – I play for my local rugby team based here in Edinburgh.  Typical Sunday afternoon I would be found trying a new café, bar or restaurant around the city or taking a walk in the vibrant area of Edinburgh’s New Town.”

Tell us about a time you got yourself into trouble as a child

“Always liked to walk the line of being well-behaved and spending a lunchtime in a teacher’s classroom in school.  A quote from my primary 5 school teacher at a turbulent parents evening was “Rhys can be very vocal and that isn’t a compliment…”

Would you rather be able to fly or be invisible?

“Being invisible would definitely have its perks when trying to get to the front a busy bar queue but being a keen traveller, the amount saved on flight fares by flying for sure would be the preferred power.”
