Tommy Reynolds

Tommy joined Maximillion in 2014 after meeting Sarah while volunteering at the Commonwealth games. After working within the event team for 7 years, Tommy then joined the full time team in October 2021. Tommy’s love of driving and being outside has earned him the coveted “Tommy can do that” status – resulting in him getting involved in all sorts of events. If you are looking to find Tommy, he’s the one ducking to avoid hitting his head off the moon.

When did you join the company?

“Events team in September 2014. Full time team October 2021.”

What do you love most about your job?

“The variety. One day I can be whipping together a new excel template and the next I could be setting up a go-kart track inside a warehouse. Getting to see some of the more bespoke venues throughout the country is great too – even better if there’s a few luxury vehicles involved”.

What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?

“Really big fan of eating which ends up taking up a lot of my time. Enjoy being outdoors and getting involved in different sports.”

What is the weirdest food you have ever eaten?

“Kopi Luwak – coffee that consists of partially digested coffee cherries, which have been eaten and defecated by the Asian palm civet.”

Tell us about a time you got yourself into trouble as a child

“Went to collect a football I had kicked over a 6ft fence. Jumped off the top of the fence. Shoe laces hooked on the fence and ended up hanging upside down and smashing my face off the fence. Had to get saved by a passer-by. Didn’t even get my ball back.”

Would you rather be able to fly or be invisible?

“Definitely fly. Would make travelling to events so much easier…”
