How Lego Serious Play Works

What are the rules of Lego Serious Play?

Participants split into groups and are issued with bags of Lego. They then are set a series of  timed Lego-building tasks. These start easy but get increasingly complex and challenging.

Who is Lego Serious Play for?

Lego Serious Play is for groups that want to go on a learning journey. Your session is tailored to your objectives, encouraging dialogue and reflection as well as fun.

How long does Lego Serious Play last?

Lego Serious Play can be extended to match your time horizon – it lasts at least an hour.
