Ross and the team at Maximillion were an absolute pleasure to work with and played a HUGE part in the success of the Phoenix Leadership UnConference 2023! From the very beginning Maximillion embraced the relaxed feel of this year’s conference and helped bring our vision to life! From a bespoke centre stage to Lego figurines, beanbag seating to branded sticky notes – everything was planned and executed to the highest of standards and myself and the wider team could not be happier! Maximillion have delivered many events for Phoenix Group, they are an extended part of the team and we honestly couldn’t deliver the events like we do without them!

Just a note to say thanks for all your help with the Yamaha event last week. It went very well, and the client was very happy. Sarah and her team have proved invaluable to the organisation of our flagship event held in London. This requires a team that operates to a high standard and can offer an experience that all involved remember. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the fantastic murder mystery and DJ services the Maximillion team provided at our recent Renewables UK Seminar at Cameron House Hotel. It was an evening filled with excitement and entertainment, and Maximillion played a pivotal role in making it a memorable experience for all of us.

Like many other professional service providers, we are often metaphorically ‘spinning plates’ and ‘juggling’ competing priorities, so it was great for our team to try these challenges in real life. We discovered hidden talents and it reinforced that working as a team and providing a supportive learning environment are key to delivering an excellent result. The Lego Serious play event was a great hit with all of our Scotframe participants. Such a great way to get everyone involved and really work as a team.
