How it works
Teams are taken through skill school with tuition by survival experts. After learning about traps, shelter, fire and outdoor food preparation, teams are dispatched to put their news skills to the test by setting up camp. Challenged to prepare their own food and build their own shelter, teams must complete the tasks successfully in order to survive the night ahead. Gathered around a central campfire, teams bond over an overwhelming sense of achievement.
Who it’s for
Survivor is for you if you’d prefer to take your employees outside their comfort zone in a safe, inclusive and rewarding environment. This is a unique outdoor team building option for teams who have already experienced the more traditional style of company away days, and it’s an excellent and memorable activity as part of a “back to basics” event or incentive programme.
Survivor encourages participants to extend boundaries, learn new skills, support one another and come out of their comfort zone, achieving a true sense of euphoria, achievement and satisfaction.
